Abstract:

Aiming at the problem that the starting performance of the deep slot rotor is still not met the requirement, in order to maximize the advantages of the starting performance of the deep-slot motor, the idea of using the hairpin winding to the deep-slot motor is proposed. Firstly, all parameters affecting the starting performance of the motor are analyzed, and then some parameters are excluded from the same point of the card issuing motor and the deep slot motor. Finally, the theoretical emphases of stator slot leakage reactance and end leakage reactance are determined to improve the starting performance of the card winding. By using finite element simulation comparison method, a low-voltage and large-current deep-slot motor is designed, and then according to the characteristics of the hairpin winding, the stator winding form of the deep slot motor is changed in the simulation design, and the end length is shortened to simulate the hairpin winding. Then, the software ANSYS is used to analyze the basic and transient performance of the two motors. Finally, the simulation results are compared to verify the previous theoretical analysis.
