Study on Multi-Parameters Storage Life Prediction Method for Aerospace Relay in Accelerated Degradation

Abstract:

Aerospace relay, is widely used in the field of national defense, aerospace industry, and others. Therefore, in order to improve the reliability of the aerospace relay, it is of great significance to study its storage life. At present, researches based on performance degradation data are mostly confined to the single characteristic parameters. However, many products have multiple performance degradation parameters. On account of the multiple performance parameters of aerospace relay, the degradation distance analysis method is proposed in this paper, principal component analysis (PCA) is also introduced into this analysis method to fuse multiple characteristic parameters, and weighting factors of parameters are given. In this paper, the aerospace relay contact resistance Rj, pick-up time Tx, release voltage Us are selected as life prediction parameters, and the relay storage life can be predicted with the help of the above method , which is also verified to be accurate by other data acquired in the experiment.
