Abstract:

In order to study the aging problem of oil-paper insulation subjected to corona-heat combined stress, a comparative experiment of double stress action of single-stress thermal aging and corona discharge-heat combined aging is conducted by building a corona discharge-heat combined aging test system. And the test product of the oil-paper insulation experiment is analyzed. The experimental results show that both types of aging will accelerate the decomposition of oil and the aging of insulating paper, but the corona discharge-heat combined aging makes the aging of insulating paper faster, so that the degree of polymerization of insulating paper decreases faster and the increase of furfural content is much more. Corona discharge heat accelerated aging also produces more gas than single-stress thermal aging. The results show that under the combined effect of corona discharge and heat, the aging acceleration effect of insulation paper is particularly obvious. The research provides a new research method for the accelerated aging test of oil paper insulation, and provides a reference for the corona aging research of actual oil paper insulation.
