异步起动永磁同步电动机优化设计与性能分析

摘要:

异步起动永磁同步电动机由于高效率、高功率因数和宽的经济运行范围在纺织、油田等行业有较大范围的应用。本文基于Rmxprt和Maxwell对一台6极、22kW异步起动永磁同步电动机的结构进行了优化设计,提高了电动机功率因数和效率,削弱了电动机的齿槽转矩;并对其空载和带额定负载情况下的运行状态进行了有限元分析,仿真结果表明,优化后的电动机具有较好的起动性能,验证了该电磁设计方案的合理性,为异步起动永磁同步电动机的优化设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:

The line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor (LSPMSM) with high efficiency, high power factor and wide range of economic operation has a wide range of applications in the textile, oil field industries . In this paper, a 6 poles, 22 kW LSPMSM ’structure was optimized based on Rmxprt and Maxwell, improved the power factor and efficiency, decreased the cogging torque of the motor; And the finite element analysis were established of the no-load and rated load cases running conditions, the simulation results show that the optimized motor has a better starting performance, verify the rationality of the electromagnetic design, providing an important basis for the optimization of LSPMSM.
