摘要:

针对工业机器人用高密度永磁同步电机转子永磁体存在不可逆的失磁风险,以一款8极36槽工业机器人用永磁同步电机永磁体为例对失磁故障进行了研究。采用时步有限元法分析了永磁电机不同程度失磁状态下电磁场的变化,运用傅里叶级数谐波分解理论得到电机气隙磁场以及电流谐波含量;给出了永磁体不同程度失磁状态下气隙磁场、电枢电流、反电动势波形、磁链波形、磁场轨迹及定子铁心磁密特性的变化规律。基于以上参数分析提取出失磁故障紧密相联的特征量,为进一步研究永磁同步电机失磁故障诊断及在线监测理论奠定基础。

Abstract:

There is an irreversible demagnetization risk for high-density permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor permanent magnets for industrial robots. A permanent magnet synchronous motor permanent magnet with an 8-pole 36-slot industrial robot is taken as an example to study the demagnetization fault. The time-step finite element method is used to analyze the change of electromagnetic field in different degrees of demagnetization of permanent magnet motor. The Fourier series harmonic decomposition theory is used to obtain the air gap magnetic field and current harmonic content of the motor. The air gap magnetic field, armature current, back EMF waveform, flux linkage waveform, magnetic field trajectory and the magnetic core density characteristics of the stator core are given under the state. Based on the analysis of the above parameters, the feature quantities closely related to the demagnetization fault are extracted, which lays a foundation for further research on the demagnetization fault diagnosis and online monitoring theory of permanent magnet synchronous motor.
