摘要:

配电网线路故障复杂,快速、精准自动定位较为困难,其核心技术主要集中于故障选线和故障定位两个方面,本文提出了基于暂态特征的配电网线路故障定位专家系统。首先介绍了基于暂态零序电流比较法的选线方法,并给出了具体选线步骤;然后针对配电网线路故障检测和信息管理系统设计了其通信结构和基于暂态特征的配电网线路故障定位专家系统。

Abstract:

Distribution network line fault is complex. It is difficult to automatically locate the fault of distribution network quickly and accurately. The fault location technology is mainly focused on two core technologies: fault line selection and fault location. This paper presents an expert system for fault location in distribution network based on transient characteristics, which firstly introduces the method of line selection based on transient zero sequence current comparison method, and gives the specific steps of selecting the line. Then, it designs the communication structure and the expert system of distribution network line fault location based on the transient characteristics of the distribution network line fault detection and information management system.
