摘要:

为研究并网光伏对配电网的影响,对含光伏配电网的安全性进行了动态评估。建立了含光伏配电网安全性评估指标体系,利用OpenDSS软件平台模拟光伏发电的波动性与随机性,结合优序图法与熵权法得到各指标的复合权重,提出基于模糊综合评判法的动态评估方法。分别对阴天及晴天情况下光伏不同接入容量时配电网的安全性进行了动态评估,分析一天内各时间点动态安全性水平的变化情况,对评价时间段内不同用电时期赋以不同权重,通过二次加权得到最终的安全性评估结果,算例表明动态评估结果更符合实际用电情况。

Abstract:

In order to study the impact on distribution network caused by grid-connected photovoltaic (PV), the dynamic evaluation is used for evaluating the security of distribution. The index system of security assessment for distribution network with PV is established and OpenDSS software is used to simulate the volatility and randomness of PV power generation in the paper. The combination of superiority chart and entropy method is applied to gain comprehensive weights. Besides, the dynamic evaluation method is established based on fuzzy comprehensive assessment method and applied to the security evaluation of distribution network under different PV accessed capacity on the sunny day and cloudy day respectively. Also different power usage periods with different weights is assigned and second weighting is used to obtain the final evaluation results. The analysis examples indicate that the results by dynamic evaluation method are more close to the actual power usage.
