智能型节能交流接触器控制器设计

摘要:

为改善传统交流接触器的能量损耗,提出了一种智能型节能交流接触器控制器的设计方案,该方案以超低功耗单片机MSP430F169为控制核心,采用脉宽调制方式(PWM)控制场效应晶体管MOSFET的通断,实现交流接触器线圈两端电压的调节,使交流接触器直流高电压吸合、直流低电压保持。此外,在RS485通信的基础上,增加了更为快速、便捷的USB通信,实现与上位机的双向通信,同时可实现按键设置、电压在线监测以及LCD参数显示。实验结果证明,该方案能有效降低交流接触器损耗,节能效果明显,可达96%以上。

Abstract:

In order to decrease the energy consumption of the traditional AC contactor effectively, this paper presents a design of intelligent energy-saving controller for AC contactor based on MSP430F169. The controller adopts pulse width modulation (PWM) method to control MOSFET on and off for regulating the voltage on the AC contactor’s coil, which can accomplish high-voltage excitation and low-voltage maintenance of the coil and the energy consumption of AC contactor will be reduced greatly. On the basis of RS485 interface, the controller increases USB interface to realize two-way communication with PC. Moreover, the controller also has the intelligent functions such as online settings, parameters display on LCD and voltage measuring of coil and so on. The results of experiments show that the energy-saving effect of AC contactor is excellent and about more than 96% of energy is saved.
